The hotel's location is great and unbeatable, very close to the city center. It's also close to sightseeing spots, shopping areas, and many restaurants in the old town.

It was a nice idea to name rooms after operas. The rooms were also comfortable and nicely oldfashioned. The short, bold male hotel worker was absolutely fabulous and very friendly as well the cleaning lady

The extra bed in double rooms was extremely uncomfortable. The lack of air condition was uncomfortable and you had to keep the window open, which allowed the noice from the street disturb your sleep. The younger receptionists seemed to loose the touch of good customer service in unpredictable occations.

Breakfast here was fantastic - they had a good mix of food and we even got to enjoy some prosecco! the hard-boiled eggs were amazing too, and did I mention they also had some sparking wine 🥂? the location of this place is really convenient, close to a main street which made it easy to get around.

The meals offered here have plenty of fresh food, the staff is incredibly kind and friendly, and the location is excellent, very close to all the city attractions.

As stated above, we really enjoyed our stay, the only problem was the noise from the road, but because we had very full enjoyable days, the noise didn't keep us awake. The breakfast was excellent with a very wide choice of food and drink. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Enjoyed a nice dinner at the restaurant here, and they served some delicious warm dishes. the location is super convenient since you can easily walk to Atelier Thomas Selinger. 🍽️

Why can't all hotels be like this one.The price is moderate and the room is large and comfortable and the location isn't bad. The breakfast is wonderful. You can't fault the staff. There is a garage and they let me use it free for the motorcycle. Mainly it was the room and the breakfast which impressed. The location is a little way from the centre but the location is still good.

I made the mistake of having dinner in the Italian Restauarant behind the hotel. However if you turn right out of the hotel and walk along the road you will come to a variety of restaurants.

Reception staff extremely helpful - we were upgraded to a family room which was very comfortable. Breakfast was very enjoyable. The location was ideal - walking distance to most attractions.

The breakfast here offers a wide variety of delicious food, the location is convenient being just a 10-minute walk from a bus station, and the hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and quick to assist.

Furniture and bathrooms could do with updating. Definitely not 4 star.

I went with a family of three adults and one 4 year old kid. The hotel is a great value for money - spacious room at half price of similar four star hotels in Viena. Great location - walking distance to the old town. Good wifi quality - am at cornor of the highest floor.

Just one note - parking is not free, costing 14 Euro per day, in a nearby car park.

The rooms are a nice size and brand-new. The bed is comfortable. The location is exceptionally nice and decent, a 10-15 minute walk from a uniquely-designed cathedral. The area is relaxing not far from the bridges crossing the river into old town and the town center.
